This Privacy Policy explains how BonusPour collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access the BonusPour mobile app, website, and related services.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as email address, username, Firebase user ID, profile settings, profile images, friend connections, QR scan activity, unlocked drinks, vouchers, challenge progress, redemption records, app notifications, and bar interactions.
For bar administrators, we may collect bar profile information, drink information, event information, campaign/challenge information, subscription status, redemption logs, and analytics related to the bar.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate BonusPour, manage accounts, verify emails, unlock and redeem rewards, support friends and sharing features, provide admin tools, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve app security, and provide customer support.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. BonusPour does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may collect and process billing information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with participating bars when users redeem offers, with service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and Stripe, or when required for legal, safety, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
BonusPour uses Firebase, Google Cloud, authentication, security rules, App Check, and server-side validation to help protect app data. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
