BonusPour Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BonusPour, a mobile application, website, and related software platform operated by JW Technologies LLC ("BonusPour," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the app, scanning QR codes, claiming rewards, redeeming drinks or vouchers, using admin tools, or using any BonusPour feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BonusPour.

1. What BonusPour Does

BonusPour provides a software platform that helps participating bars, restaurants, venues, and similar businesses create and manage digital rewards, QR-code promotions, drink unlocks, vouchers, challenges, events, loyalty features, redemption tracking, and analytics.

Users may scan BonusPour QR codes, unlock eligible offers, share eligible perks with friends, complete challenges, and redeem eligible rewards through the app.

BonusPour provides the technology platform only. Participating bars, restaurants, venues, and businesses are solely responsible for creating, describing, approving, honoring, refusing, modifying, fulfilling, and complying with any offers, drinks, vouchers, discounts, events, challenges, rewards, or promotions shown for that business.

BonusPour does not sell, serve, furnish, deliver, provide, or transfer alcoholic beverages.

BonusPour does not operate as a bar, restaurant, alcohol retailer, alcohol delivery service, alcohol ordering service, payment processor for alcohol sales, point-of-sale system, or age-verification provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use BonusPour in your location. You must be old enough to legally consume alcohol in your location to redeem alcohol-related offers. In the United States, that generally means you must be at least 21 years old.

By using BonusPour for alcohol-related offers or venue promotions, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so.

Participating bars and venues may require valid government-issued identification before honoring any offer, voucher, drink unlock, or reward.

BonusPour does not replace bartender judgment, venue policy, age verification, alcohol service laws, responsible-service obligations, or any legal responsibility of a participating business.

A valid BonusPour QR code, drink unlock, voucher, challenge completion, or app screen does not require a bar, bartender, restaurant, venue, or staff member to serve alcohol.

3. Bar Offers, Rewards, Vouchers, and Redemptions

BonusPour offers, unlocked drinks, vouchers, challenges, discounts, and promotions are subject to availability and may be limited by time, quantity, location, eligibility, redemption period, app functionality, participating bar rules, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated:

• offers have no cash value;
• offers cannot be sold, transferred for money, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the app;
• offers may expire based on the redemption period set by the participating business;
• offers may be limited to a certain number of redemptions;
• bars may refuse service where required by law, safety policy, intoxication concerns, age verification failure, technical error, suspected abuse, or other legitimate business reasons;
• expired, already-used, invalid, duplicate, copied, manipulated, or unauthorized vouchers or QR codes may be rejected;
• screenshots, copied QR codes, manipulated redemption tokens, or unauthorized redemptions may be rejected.

BonusPour does not guarantee that any specific reward, drink, voucher, event, challenge, discount, or promotion will always be available.

4. Alcohol Compliance and Business Responsibility

Participating businesses are responsible for understanding and following the rules that apply in their jurisdiction, including rules related to alcohol pricing, happy hours, free drinks, drink discounts, two-for-one offers, contests, games, prizes, age verification, intoxicated patrons, responsible service, and advertising.

BonusPour does not provide legal, regulatory, alcohol-compliance, tax, accounting, or business advice.

BonusPour does not guarantee that any promotion, reward, secret drink, price, voucher, challenge, campaign, or business use of the app is lawful.

Participating businesses should consult their own attorney, licensing authority, accountant, or compliance advisor before using BonusPour for alcohol-related promotions.

BonusPour may restrict, remove, disable, or refuse to support any promotion, drink, voucher, challenge, reward, QR code, account, or business use that we believe may violate law, app store policy, venue policy, safety requirements, or these Terms.

5. Secret Drinks and Fixed-Price Drink Unlocks

BonusPour may allow participating businesses to create secret drink discovery experiences, off-menu drink unlocks, QR-based drink discovery campaigns, or similar promotions.

A secret drink unlock is intended to reveal or provide access to a specific drink or item offered by the participating business. It is not intended to create an unlawful alcohol discount, happy hour, free drink, two-for-one drink, drinking contest, or alcohol prize.

Participating businesses are responsible for ensuring that each secret drink:

• has an approved name, recipe, serving size, price, and availability period;
• is offered at a lawful and properly established price;
• follows applicable alcohol pricing and advertising rules;
• remains available only during the business-approved redemption period;
• does not mislead users about regular prices, discounts, savings, or availability;
• is honored or refused according to applicable law and venue policy.

Where required by law or business policy, participating businesses must include any alcoholic drink price in their applicable price schedule and maintain that price for the legally required period.

BonusPour may require businesses to set drink availability periods of at least seven days, use fixed pricing during the active period, and confirm compliance before publishing a drink or QR campaign.

BonusPour may prevent or restrict edits to active prices, dates, or campaign terms where doing so supports compliance, safety, or platform integrity.

6. Challenge Rewards

BonusPour may allow users to complete challenges, multi-challenges, or similar engagement activities.

Challenge rewards in BonusPour are intended to be limited to non-alcohol rewards, food rewards, non-alcoholic beverage rewards, merchandise rewards, venue perks, admission or cover perks, priority access, seating perks, or secret drink discovery at the participating business's established price.

Participating businesses must not use BonusPour challenges to offer, award, advertise, or redeem:

• free alcoholic drinks;
• free shots;
• two-for-one alcoholic drinks;
• buy-one-get-one alcoholic drinks;
• percentage discounts on alcohol;
• dollar discounts on alcohol;
• alcohol as a prize for completing a game, contest, challenge, or similar activity;
• any other alcohol reward or discount prohibited by applicable law.

BonusPour may block, remove, disable, or reject challenge rewards that appear to involve prohibited alcohol rewards, alcohol discounts, or alcohol prizes.

7. Admin Compliance Confirmation

Before publishing certain drinks, challenges, offers, vouchers, or promotions, BonusPour may ask bar admins to confirm that the item, price, availability period, reward, and promotion have been approved by the establishment and comply with applicable laws.

By checking or accepting any compliance confirmation in BonusPour, the bar admin represents that:

• they are authorized to create or manage the promotion for the participating business;
• the promotion has been approved by the participating business;
• the promotion complies with applicable laws and licensing requirements;
• the participating business will honor, refuse, modify, or remove the promotion as required by law or policy;
• all prices, descriptions, images, rewards, and redemption terms are accurate and lawful.

BonusPour may store confirmation records, including admin user ID, bar ID, drink ID, challenge ID, price, start date, end date, confirmation timestamp, compliance version, and related metadata.

8. QR Codes and Hidden Code Promotions

Participating businesses may use BonusPour QR codes for visible or hidden promotional experiences, including scavenger-hunt style rewards, table rewards, event promotions, limited-time offers, or other venue-based promotions.

Participating businesses are responsible for printing, placing, displaying, hiding, maintaining, testing, and removing their own BonusPour QR codes.

QR codes should only be placed in safe, lawful, clean, appropriate, and customer-accessible areas of the venue. Businesses should not place QR codes in locations that require users to climb, crawl, move furniture, enter restricted areas, interfere with staff operations, damage property, access unsafe areas, or otherwise act unsafely.

BonusPour is not responsible for injuries, property damage, customer disputes, venue issues, inaccessible QR codes, poor QR code placement, damaged QR codes, unreadable QR codes, or issues caused by a participating business's QR code setup.

Participating businesses are responsible for testing QR codes before making a promotion available to users.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• abuse, exploit, or manipulate QR codes, redemption tokens, vouchers, challenges, friend sharing, or app logic;
• attempt to create, copy, reuse, forge, manipulate, or redeem unauthorized rewards;
• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• attempt to bypass app security, Firebase security rules, App Check, Stripe billing, redemption limits, subscription checks, or other technical protections;
• use automated scripts, fake clients, emulators, bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized tools to access BonusPour;
• upload unlawful, offensive, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or unauthorized content;
• harass other users, bars, bartenders, admins, or BonusPour representatives;
• use BonusPour in violation of any law, regulation, venue rule, alcohol-related requirement, or third-party right;
• use BonusPour in a way that could harm the app, users, participating businesses, or third parties.

10. Friends and Sharing

BonusPour may allow users to connect with friends, send friend requests, share eligible drink unlocks, and receive app notifications. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

Shared drinks, rewards, or perks may be limited by availability, redemption limits, expiration dates, participating bar rules, and app functionality.

BonusPour is not responsible for disputes between users.

11. Bar Admins and Business Accounts

Bar admin accounts may manage bar profiles, drink offers, QR codes, events, challenges, vouchers, analytics, redemptions, billing, admin access, and other business-related features.

Bar admins are responsible for making sure their offers, descriptions, prices, redemption periods, QR codes, images, promotions, and rewards are accurate, lawful, safe, and honored according to applicable rules and laws.

Bar admins must not publish false, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, unauthorized, or deceptive offers.

Participating businesses are responsible for training their staff on how BonusPour rewards and redemptions work.

Participating businesses are responsible for all service decisions, including checking IDs, refusing service, handling intoxication concerns, applying point-of-sale adjustments, honoring non-alcohol rewards, and following venue policy.

12. Business Subscriptions and Per-Location Licensing

Certain bar/admin features may require a paid subscription through Stripe or another payment processor. Billing, subscription management, cancellations, and payment updates may be handled through Stripe.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, each paid subscription applies to one physical business location only.

A subscription for one bar, restaurant, venue, or business location does not grant access for additional locations, affiliated venues, franchise locations, chain locations, or commonly owned locations.

Businesses operating multiple physical locations must maintain a separate subscription for each location that uses BonusPour unless BonusPour has expressly agreed to different multi-location pricing in writing.

BonusPour may offer custom pricing, pilot access, trial access, promotional pricing, manual billing overrides, discounted access, or multi-location agreements at its discretion.

If a bar receives free pilot access, manual billing override, trial access, promotional access, or discounted access, BonusPour may modify, end, or revoke that access at any time.

Subscription fees, trial periods, cancellation terms, and renewal terms will be shown during checkout or billing management where applicable.

13. Payments and Cancellations

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the available billing management tools or another process provided by BonusPour.

Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by BonusPour.

If payment fails, if a subscription is canceled, or if a business loses access to paid features, BonusPour may restrict or disable admin features, QR code creation, promotions, analytics, or other business tools.

14. Third-Party Services

BonusPour uses third-party services such as Firebase, Google services, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics tools, app stores, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of BonusPour may involve those services, and some actions may be subject to their terms and policies.

BonusPour is not responsible for third-party service outages, payment processor issues, app store issues, device issues, network issues, or other third-party problems outside our control.

15. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of BonusPour at any time. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, improve security, change features, update QR code behavior, change rewards functionality, or alter how offers and redemptions work.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous access to BonusPour.

16. Intellectual Property

BonusPour, including its name, logo, branding, app design, software, text, graphics, QR code layouts, website, and features, is owned by or licensed to JW Technologies LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or misuse any part of BonusPour except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Participating businesses retain ownership of their own business names, logos, images, and content, but grant BonusPour permission to store, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate the app and related services.

17. User Content and Business Content

If you upload profile images, bar images, event images, drink images, logos, descriptions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to upload and use that content.

You grant BonusPour permission to store, display, process, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve BonusPour.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, security, operational, or reputational concerns.

We may restrict usernames, business names, images, descriptions, or other content that we believe is offensive, explicit, misleading, unlawful, infringing, impersonating, reserved, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

Users may block other users where app functionality allows. Users or businesses may report content, users, images, or app activity by contacting support@bonuspour.com or using available in-app reporting tools.

18. Privacy

Your use of BonusPour is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

19. No Legal, Alcohol, or Compliance Advice

BonusPour does not provide legal, regulatory, alcohol compliance, tax, accounting, or business advice. Participating businesses are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and regulations that apply to their promotions, rewards, alcohol service, advertising, pricing, taxes, and customer interactions.

20. No Warranties

BonusPour is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JW Technologies LLC and BonusPour will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, unavailable rewards, refused redemptions, failed QR scans, expired rewards, customer disputes, venue issues, alcohol-related incidents, regulatory issues, license issues, pricing issues, compliance issues, or issues caused by third-party services or participating businesses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonusPour's total liability for any claim relating to the app or services will not exceed the amount paid to BonusPour by the user or business bringing the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if no amount was paid.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JW Technologies LLC, BonusPour, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of BonusPour, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your QR code placement, your promotions, your prices, your rewards, your vouchers, your challenges, your redemptions, your business operations, your alcohol service, your staff actions, or your interactions with users or participating businesses.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BonusPour if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or businesses, abuse rewards, fail to pay required subscription fees, or use the app in a way that could harm BonusPour, users, bars, venues, or third parties.

Participating businesses may lose access to admin tools, QR codes, analytics, and promotions if their subscription is inactive, canceled, unpaid, manually revoked, or otherwise invalid.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app, require you to accept the updated Terms, update the effective date and version number, or post the updated Terms on our website.

Your continued use of BonusPour after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
